Puerta de Hierro Hospital

The building's functions are arranged in bands through different wings following a one-way orthogonal mesh running north-south and east-west. To the south is a band of a lower height that houses the administrative, teaching and research functions. Hospitalisation functions are arranged in the taller north-south wings. The bands to the north house the outpatients and assistance buildings, the technical block and the laboratories. Finally the building for external consultations is located at the end of the western block.
