Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras entered the Irish market in 2007 and has since accumulated extensive experience in road and rail infrastructures.

The construction company has undertaken major road projects in the country, such as the widening of the M50 ring road around Dublin, and two sections of the N7 motorway. Almost 100 km of roads in total.

It has also developed the railway infrastructure for the green line of the Dublin light railway, a total of 7.5 km, and 12 new stations. Also in Dublin, it has built the LUAS Line B1 tramway between Sandyford and Cherrywood.
