Access to the new terminal in El Prat

The planned solution consists of a double track that starts at the exit of the new intermodal station at El Prat and terminates at the new south terminal (T1) of Barcelona Airport, with a total length of 4,495 m, of which 3,385 m will be underground.

This new access will have stations in both terminals of Barcelona Airport. The first stop is located in the future multimodal transport hub in T2, after the elimination of the current walkway connecting the local railway station and T2. The route then continues below the airfield until it connects with the new south terminal (T1).
